Keith Jones has a pragmatic and joyful view of independent living. He first learned of IL in 1985 from Boston Center for Independent Living, and has his own organization SoulTouchin’ Experiences (daSoulToucha.com). He is a powerful voice on the issues of access, inclusion and empowerment. He talks a lot about the importance of PCAs – describing the relationship as “Their job is your life”.
