My Freedom Means Everything to Me – Anne Fracht

After many years living with her family and later in a group home, Anne was able to get her own apartment with only 10 hours of support per week. As she says in the video, “I do what i want when i want to”, which means everything to her. Anne has developed an expertise in advocacy and self-advocacy, and is playing key roles in several legislative initiatives, including the Real Lives Bill, and blocking the use of adversives at the Judge Rotenberg Center in Canton.

At the 2019 Arc of Massachusetts gala, Anne was named as a Champion who Leads by Example.
